• Signs of Use: The item has been used or damaged, affecting its resale value.
• Exceeding the Deadline: The return or exchange deadline of 30 days has been exceeded.

3. Return and Exchange Process

• Request a Return or Exchange: Consumers must contact COLOLEAF and state the reason for the return or exchange.
• Review and Confirmation: COLOLEAF reviews the consumer's request and confirms whether it meets the conditions for return or exchange.
• Ship the Item Back: Consumers ship the item back to the address specified by COLOLEAF and bear the related shipping costs.
• Refund or Exchange: After receiving the returned item, COLOLEAF processes the refund or exchange.

Under the following circumstances, consumers have the right to request a refund:

• Wrong Item Received: The item received does not match the order, and the merchant cannot provide an exchange service.
• Product Quality Issue: The item has quality defects, and the merchant cannot provide repair or exchange services.

• Review and Confirmation: COLOLEAF reviews the consumer's refund request and confirms whether it meets the conditions for a refund.
• Refund Processing: After approval, COLOLEAF processes the refund according to the consumer's preferred refund method.

3. Refund Methods

Original Payment Method: The refund is issued back to the consumer's account used for payment.

Other Methods: Other refund methods agreed upon by COLOLEAF and consumer through negotiation.
