I. Return and Refund Policy

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: you may return your purchase for any reason within 30 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund once the returned item is received and inspected.

1. Conditions for Application

Consumers have the right to request a return, exchange, or refund within 30 days of receiving the item under the following circumstances:

• Change of Mind: If you are not satisfied with the product for any reason (e.g., personal preference, incorrect sizing).
• Wrong Item Received: The item received does not match the order.
• Product Quality Issue: The item has quality defects or does not match the description.
• Item Damaged in Transit: The item was damaged during transportation.

2. Conditions for Non-Application

Under the following circumstances, merchants have the right to reject return or exchange requests:

• Signs of Use: The item has been used or damaged, affecting its resale value.
• Exceeding the Deadline: The return or exchange deadline of 30 days has been exceeded.
• Customized Products: Products customized according to consumer needs.

Customized Products: Products made to the consumer’s specific requirements, including:

• curtains with splicing, patchwork or color-blocking specified by the consumer, or not offered as a standard option on the product page;

• irregular-shaped or specially shaped curtains;

• curtains made in custom sizes outside the sizes listed on the product page.

Not Customized: Standard splicing/patchwork/color-blocking designs shown on the product page, and standard sizes listed on the product page.

Customized Products cannot be returned or refunded for change of mind, personal preference, or subjective dissatisfaction with thickness, color or texture. This does not affect returns for quality defects, wrong item, transit damage, or material mismatch with the description.

3. Return and Exchange Process

• Request a Return or Exchange: Consumers must contact COLOLEAF and state the reason for the return or exchange. We will respond to your request within 1-3 business days.
• Review and Confirmation: COLOLEAF reviews the consumer's request and confirms whether it meets the conditions for return or exchange.
• Ship the Item Back: Consumers ship the item back to the address specified by COLOLEAF.
• Refund or Exchange: After receiving the returned item, COLOLEAF processes the refund or exchange.

4. Return and Exchange Fees

• Change of Mind Returns: Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
• Returns Due to Merchant Error (Wrong Item, Quality Issue, or Damaged in Transit): COLOLEAF covers the return shipping costs.
• Exchange Fees: For exchanges, customers bear the cost of returning the original item, while COLOLEAF covers the shipping cost of sending the replacement item.

• Review and Confirmation: COLOLEAF reviews the consumer's refund request and confirms whether it meets the conditions for a refund.
• Refund Processing: After approval, refunds are processed within 1-3 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.

3. Refund Methods

Original Payment Method: The refund is issued back to the consumer's account used for payment.

Other Methods: Other refund methods agreed upon by COLOLEAF and consumer through negotiation.
