Pre-sales Questions
We offer a wide range of materials for customized curtains, including but not limited to cotton, linen, polyester, velvet, and silk. The choice of material will depend on your preferences, budget, and the specific use of the curtains.
We're pleased to offer you 5 complimentary fabric samples, allowing you to experience the quality, texture, and verify the color of the fabric before making your decision. The only cost to you is a $6.99 shipping fee. Lead time is around 3-10 days.
For most of our curtains, we offer a refund or exchange (excluding customized curtains, which are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless there are defects in the product).

Yes, we offer customer service on weekends and holidays as well, although please note that our response time may be slightly slower than during weekdays. We assure you that we will respond to your inquiry as promptly as possible.
Production time is around 3-10 days, delivery time is around 4-8 days.
Due to the customized nature of our curtains, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing defect. In that case, we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
For customized curtains, we may have a limited amount of in-stock items available (popular sizes and colors), but most are made to order. The production time for customized curtains is approximately 3-10 days.
During-sales Questions
Depending on the production stage, it may be possible to make minor changes to your order. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your options, preferably within one day after placing the order.
We will do our best to correct the error before the curtains enter production. However, if the curtains have already been made, additional delays may be involved.

Once your order has been shipped, it may be difficult to change the shipping address. However, we can contact the shipping carrier to see if they can redirect the package to a new address. Please note that additional fees may apply.
For international orders, customs and import fees may be applicable. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price of the curtains. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on these fees.
Depending on the stage of production, it may be possible to cancel your order. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order.

If your customized curtains are too long, we can assist with covering the tailoring cost.
