3. Return and Exchange Process

• Request a Return or Exchange: Consumers must contact COLOLEAF and state the reason for the return or exchange.
• Review and Confirmation: COLOLEAF reviews the consumer's request and confirms whether it meets the conditions for return or exchange.
• Ship the Item Back: Consumers ship the item back to the address specified by COLOLEAF and bear the related shipping costs.
• Refund or Exchange: After receiving the returned item, COLOLEAF processes the refund or exchange.

4. Return and Exchange Fees

• Return Fees: Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs when returning an item.
• Exchange Fees: For exchanges, customers bear the cost of returning the original item, while COLOLEAF covers the shipping cost of sending the replacement item.

3. Refund Methods

Original Payment Method: The refund is issued back to the consumer's account used for payment.

Other Methods: Other refund methods agreed upon by COLOLEAF and consumer through negotiation.
