#56 Beige - Accurate Description, Well-Made, Room Darkening (Not Blackout)

I was looking for a high-quality, off-white velvet curtains for a grandma's nursery and wanted a nice, FULL look so ordered two 100" wide panels, 144" long for a 72" long rod, a bit wider than is recommended. By installing the rod first, I knew they would need to be hemmed 3-5". Upon receipt, we immediately hung them. The color was spot-on with the pictures and, most importantly they hung straight (no wonky side hems), which were my main considerations. Also, they were reasonably priced compared to "custom."Apologies for the poor lighting in the photos. The first and last pic show the blinds closed and the color most accurately. (I don't know how they can be SO different!)To avoid having to remove them, I turned up the length of the hem on each panel, while hanging, and hand-basted. The hems are less than 1" off between the two panels---barely noticeable. I was hoping they would be more "black out," but they ARE "room darkening", which accurately reflects the description, but that's on me. Just a side-note for anyone else who is super-picky about COLOR, these are named "#56 Beige," but to me they are more "off-white" or "ivory"---no yellow, pink, or green tones.One more thing: these arrived just 16 days after placing the order---did not have to wait 6 weeks! I would purchase from this seller again, especially for light-colored curtains that DON'T need to be blackout.

Elegant

The material is so soft and once hung, any wrinkles seem to fall right out of it. I ordered 192 inches in white. It is a beautiful shade, not yellowish or gray. It is like snow.

Can't beat the price and quality

Love these curtains, I paid $200 and they came within a week, instead of the month they had given us as an expectation. They arrived and we laid them out for a couple days to unwrinkle. They were just the perfect color, weight, and look I wanted. Can't beat the price.
