4. Return and Exchange Fees

• Change of Mind Returns: Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
• Returns Due to Merchant Error (Wrong Item, Quality Issue, or Damaged in Transit): COLOLEAF covers the return shipping costs.
• Exchange Fees: For exchanges, customers bear the cost of returning the original item, while COLOLEAF covers the shipping cost of sending the replacement item.
